You are planning to start your own company? Then our online course "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" is perfect for you! In this course you will learn to understand how innovation comes into markets and how entrepreneurship has the power to make a success out of innovations.

Entrepreneurship is more than starting a company and using the resources effectively. It also includes creative elements such as the identification of market chances, the development of new ideas and products and the creation of innovative business models. In this online-course you will learn what to mention when you think of becoming an entrepreneur. We will show you how you can be successful with your business ideas.

Course duration: Each winter term (1/10 – 31/03)

Course methodology: 80% online / 20% face-to-face meetings

Learning Workload: Approx. 180 hrs (including preparation, follow-up, assignments and examination)
Prerequisites / entrance requirements: First academic degree and knowledge of industrial economy

Face-to-face meetings: 2 face-to-face meetings on weekends incl. examination. The meetings take place at the Kiel or Lübeck University of Applied Sciences
Examination: Term Paper (40%), seminar (30%), test (30%)
Degree / Certificate: Certificate of Lübeck University of Applied Sciences
ECTS transfer and recognition: This course can be recognised in a possible study programme with 6 credit points ECTS (if entrance qualifications are met)
Fee: 1060 Euro (payable in 6 installments of 176,67 Euro) plus 65 Euro examination fee
